Every Sunday from 2:00-3:00 pm
Join the discussion and introduction to meditation and mindfulness with an expert meditation mentor. Various meditation mentors and mindfulness teachers are featured including Sarah McLean, Devani Page, Michele Mattix, Eva Maurice, and Joy Nanda.
Each week a different meditation is offered, including Loving Kindness Meditation, Mindfulness, Visualization, Breath Awareness, Body Appreciation, Chakra Meditation, or Gratitude Meditation.
No experience is necessary to attend. Drop-ins welcome, though you must arrive on time to participate and be 13 or older. $5 donation. This is a favorite event of visitors and locals alike.
