Befriend your cravings, as they may be guiding you to your deepest desires.

Join meditation & mindfulness teacher Julie Bevirt (learn more about Julie here) for a four-week mindful exploration of your relationship to food, eating, and nourishing your body.  Each week includes a meditation, a discussion on a particular topic, and journaling practices.

The four week series includes:

  • February 11: Our Food Culture & Setting Intentions with Self-Compassion
  • February 18: Explore How Food and Love are Connected
  • February 25: Cravings as Messages
  • March 4: Create New Patterns to Enhance the Pleasure in Your Life
