Expanding Your Vital Energy through Breath

Explore the universal energy of life: Prana, the vital force that lives through you as you. Discover how to tune into this force within your own body.
Throughout the series, you’ll explore and dive deeply into the knowledge of an ancient breathing science of yoga called Pranayama. You’ll be guided into various pranayama practices that will both conserve and build the pranic energy within you.
Discover how to use your breath in your daily life so you can live in an enlivened, meditative, and conscious way. And, learn how to use prana and pranayama to access deeper states of meditation.

 A workshop series in Sedona with Zac Occhilne

Zac Occhiline is a delightful, wise guide into the world of meditation, yoga and self-discovery. He has studied and practiced various forms of yoga since 2000 including Hatha, Kundalini, and Kriya yoga, and has developed a unique and well-rounded understanding of the path of yoga and meditation. He has studied the philosophies of the Vedas, Sufism, and Shamanism, as well as the practical applications of Ayurveda and Jyotish. He has been instrumental in many Yoga Teacher Training Programs including Hatha, Kundalini and Yoga Therapy. Zac grew up in Sedona and this has given him a deep appreciation of and love for the wilderness. He’s hiked and back packed through the deserts of Arizona and considers nature his biggest teacher. From his yoga practice, meditation, and nature’s influence, Zac has attained an expanded awareness and energetic stability. He enjoys helping others to better understand their own nature through these ancient practices.

Saturdays, January 28 – March 4, from 3:00 – 4:30 pm

The cost is $125 for the 6 week series, or drop-in for $22 for a session
