Kathi Clark learned all the effects of a busy and stressful life just like most of us have. She has owned a real estate brokerage for over 20 years. She found that when she learned to make meditation a daily part of her life, the stress dissipated. She felt a return to a quiet wisdom and her health improved. Kathi believes that meditation is one of the most important practices one can do for themselves and she would love to help you develop your practice so you can benefit from it too.
She is the founder of Full Circle Meditation, a meditation studio, located at her home in downtown Flagstaff. She works with people privately or in small group classes.
Kathi is a certified meditation and mindfulness teacher with the McLean Meditation Institute’s Meditation Teacher Academy and teaches classes in the Simple, Easy, Every Day Meditation program. She believes meditation can transform your life if you stick with it!
