Kathy Vandenburg has been described as “guided by her heart” and “living in her integrity,” and is continuously finding ways to help herself and others create a more peaceful and healthy lifestyle. She’s explored various healing modalities and discovered a daily practice of meditation to be an amazingly powerful tool to reduce stress, increase inner peace, and enhance wellbeing.
Kathy earned her Bachelor’s Degree in psychology from Montclair State College, and her Master’s Degree in education (specialization in counseling) from Seton Hall University. She’s been in the career development field for 15 years, and continues to help others through teaching meditation. She became certified to teach meditation and mindfulness in a 200-hour teacher training program at the McLean Meditation Institute and offers classes in meditation as a daily practice.
