    “I believe meditation is the missing link to health and wellness. It brings the physical, mental, and emotional bodies together into the present moment where life happens. In the stress of daily life, trying to keep career, family, and self together, I discovered meditation and its benefits for survival in the chaos of life. I found peace and calm in the middle of the storm. That is why I am passionate about meditation and enjoy teaching others. With a committed practice of meditation, there will be a shift in how you feel and think and react. There will be less stress with more peace, and compassion. Also, you will become more engaged in life—right here, right now."

    Virginia's professional credentials include MMI Certified Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher; IBRT, (American Board of Regression Therapy); IIR (International Institute of Reflexology), and Reiki. This combination has given her an increased insight into the human spirit on all three levels: mind, body, and spirit. It truly has enhanced her life as well the lives of her clients. In her spare time, Virginia enjoys being a Hospice volunteer.
