    Bee Walker is a former business manager and corporate trainer who uses her passion for yoga and meditation to develop seminars and classes that help her students find physical and mental well being and balance. Bee first used meditation and yoga to help reduce stress and improve focus in her corporate career.

    Bee believes that work/life balance arises from a deep self-awareness of how our perceptions, beliefs, and habits impact our body, mind, and spirit. She encourages her students to be in the present moment by bringing awareness to their lives.

    Bee studied at McLean Meditation Institute to become a certified Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher. She is also a graduate of the Spirit of Yoga YTT200 Program and a registered yoga instructor. She teaches meditation in her public seminars and private classes. Bee is also a public speaker and shares her corporate wellness programs throughout the US and Canada.
