Bring Mindfulness to your Clients & Students

with a Turnkey, Robust Curriculum (We’ve done all the work for you!)

Train-the-Trainer Program begins in early 2025

If you’re like me, you’ve probably been practicing mindfulness for a while. I’ve also been teaching meditation and mindfulness since graduating from the MMI Meditation Teacher Academy a few years ago. I realized that I have more and more to share with my students who find that being mindful is a real challenge. That’s why we’ve developed the Mindful & Happy program and the accompanying Mindfulness Mentor Certificate program.

If you love to practice mindfulness, and help others, this could be the training you need to feel ready to share mindfulness with everyone: people you love, people you just met, and people in your community.

Be a go-to mentor for those who want to be more focused, calm, and happy with mindfulness!

Christine Rolfe - McLean Meditation Institute

My name is Christine Rolfe and I have been a teacher of meditation and mindfulness for years. I was naturally drawn to meditation and started practicing as a way to calm my mind and be more focused. About five years ago, I really leaned into my mindfulness and meditation practice because I was suffering from the effects of stress, especially work stress.

With my daily practice, I found I was able to sleep better, I felt more connected to everyone and everything, and I was genuinely happier. I love the benefits and wanted to share them, so I became a certified meditation and mindfulness teacher.

I teach almost every day now and make it my mission to learn and share as much about mindfulness and meditation as possible.

Since I have been teaching meditation and mindfulness, the conversation has changed. It’s clearly no longer a practice reserved for monks, or for the chosen few, and, it is no longer a luxury. Instead, mindfulness is the secret sauce that creates meaningful relationships, engaging work, better health, more resilience, and a more fulfilling life.

But what is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is a special kind of attention characterized by attitudes of openness, curiosity, and acceptance. When you are mindful, you are aware of so much more. You are aware of your thoughts, feelings, physical sensations, and sense perceptions and can be fully present with them. Mindfulness is both a way of life, and is a deliberate formal practice designed to cultivate it.

Become a Mindfulness Mentor

The Mindful & Happy Mindfulness Mentor Training has been developed in conjunction with Sarah McLean to provide you, the trainer, with what it takes to introduce mindfulness to anyone who is interested in upgrading their life.  Sarah and I have researched, developed, and compiled a robust curriculum and lesson plans, along with a wonderful digital presentation deck and accompanying training manual and workbook. Whether you are new to teaching, or you are a seasoned meditation and mindfulness instructor, you will gain the tools you need to bring more mindfulness to those you mentor.

You’ll learn to bring mindfulness to all areas of life with eight modules.

In each of the sessions, you’ll find tools, exercises, and discussions that will not only help you to personally cultivate more mindfulness, but you’ll also receive eight lesson plans to help you to share it with others. Topics for the modules include: the Basics of Mindfulness, Mindfulness & the Body, Mindfulness & the Breath, Mindfulness & Vitality, Mindfulness & the Mind, Mindfulness & Emotions/Pain, Mindfulness & Compassion/Self-Love, Mindfulness & Communication. Find out more about the course, here.

Each module is designed to be taught in a minimum of 1.5 hours.

There are also optional discussion points and activities which, when included, increase the course time to two hours. Note that the length of each lesson will also be determined by the number of clients attending the training and the amount of discussion cultivated with each module.
