The Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher Certification training begins June 8, 2024. Applications are now being accepted.

Tuition includes:

• Both courses: Awaken, the Meditation & Mindfulness Foundation Course, and Become, the Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher Training Course.
• A $150 fee for course materials and a $200 administrative fee.

• Tuition does not include the cost of textbooks – estimated at $125 USD.
• Scholarships and financial aid are not available for this program.

Apply to the Meditation Teacher Academy 

• Applications for the Meditation Teacher Academy are now being accepted.
• The next training begins on June 8, 2024.
• Cohort size is limited to 24 people.
• Student Enrollment must be received by June 6, 2024.

Here’s How to Apply:

• Fill out the application. Find it here. 
• Once your complete application is received, you’ll receive instructions for scheduling a 30-minute interview with the Director of the Program, Sarah McLean.
• Schedule your interview and pay the $25 application fee.
• During the interview you’ll be asked about your meditation practice and experience have your questions answered about the program’s content and structure.
• Qualified applicants are invited to join the next training cohort of the Meditation Teacher Academy.
• You will receive an Enrollment Agreement that you then can review, sign, and submit along with your tuition payment.

Enrollment Details:

• Once enrolled, you will receive the Awaken Meditation & Mindfulness Foundation Course study materials and gain access to the private virtual training site.
• Six months into the Awaken Course, you’ll embark on the Become Teacher Training, which includes three months of training and a week-long teaching practicum.
• Completion of the assignments from both the Awaken Meditation & Mindfulness Foundation Course and the Become Teacher Training Course is required to receive the Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher Certificate.
• There is an option to engage a Course Advisor if you’d like more mentoring throughout the program, and, if needed, to gain additional support for your meditation practice.
