Lisa Campbell, Massachusetts USA
Inspired by Thoreau and Emerson, you’ll most likely find Lisa meditating outdoors in the New England woods or on the shores of Walden Pond. A modern mystic and mindful outdoor guide, with a meditation practice spanning nearly thirty years, Lisa credits Sarah McLean and the international Meditation Teacher Academy for launching her teaching career. She graduated from the Academy in 2013, returning as a Course Advisor to mentor 150+ students at the Academy. Among many accolades and certifications, Lisa is also a graduate of the Kripalu School of Mindful Outdoor Leadership, and is in her second year of study with Shinzen Young and Unified Mindfulness, certified as a Level-2 UM Coach. She is also a U.S. Air Force veteran who specializes in Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness and supports people diagnosed with anxiety, depression, and trauma. She offers meditation classes freely for veterans with PTSD, their caretakers, and Gold Star Families. She’s also a board member of Only A Child, a non-profit organization supporting disadvantaged youth in Guatemala; and a former Board Advisor for Project New Hope, a non-profit veterans’ organization. She has a signature Mindful Living Program, which brings mindfulness, breathwork, and happiness to seniors through senior centers. Sarah first experienced meditation as a teen and has been practicing for 30 years, since! She is the founder of Quiet Mind Meditation, and is a MMI Certified Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher, MMI Mindful Trainer, and Course Advisor for the Meditation Teacher Academy. Having survived a corporate career in a highly competitive sector, Sarah has a deep appreciation for the stress and challenges faced when trying to find balance; so in 2012 she began brining meditation into the boardrooms and lunchrooms of Australian businesses. Suzi von Mensenkampff, County Cork, Ireland
Suzi is committed to helping people to nurture and balance their body, mind, and spirit; to create a life of peace, health, and deeper fulfillment. She is the European program director for the McLean Meditation Institute, and is a MMI-certified meditation & mindfulness teacher. She is also the Course Advisor for the Meditation Teacher Academy. Suzi began teaching meditation and yoga after she studied at Chopra Center University with Dr. Deepak Chopra. She teaches Ayurveda, Primordial Sound Meditation, and the Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga.
