An Arizona native, Audra is passionate about health and wellness, psychology, personal growth, self-awareness and conscious living. She has personally experienced the transformational benefits of increased inner peace and calm, improved focus and efficiency, better health, enhanced relationships, a heightened sense of wellbeing, and a more authentic life as a result of practicing meditation, mindfulness and intentional living.

Audra loves sharing these benefits as she teaches stress management and meditation and mindfulness by incorporating her multidisciplinary studies and practices. She is a Certified Meditation and Mindfulness Instructor, a Certified MMI Mindful® Trainer, and a residential Realtor. She received her certifications through the McLean Meditation Institute and her Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from Arizona State University. She also has completed the MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) Program originated at UMASS by Jon Kabat-Zinn PhD and the Mindfulness Program in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy designed by Dr. Marsha Lineham.

Audra leads “Manage Stress Through Mindfulness” Workshops, a 6-week Mindfulness and Meditation Series, meditation at Perryville Women’s Prison, monthly community Meditation and Mindfulness classes, one-on-one Coaching, Simple, Easy, Every Day (SEED®) Meditation course, and the online program: Mindfulness and Stress Management in the Workplace.
