Christina has been a meditator for 15 years and has learned firsthand how the benefits of a daily meditation practice can dramatically affect our lives. “My goal has become to help mainstream meditation by taking the mystery out of this sometimes very misunderstood practice and to teach others about the limitless benefits of making meditation a new and daily practice!”
Christina is the owner of Interior Organizing, a Professional Organizing business, where she works directly with clients to help them set up environments that are supportive to mental, physical and emotional well being. She understands that there is a direct link between what is happening in our minds with how we set up the physical spaces that surround us. Her professional training as a Certified Feng Shui Consultant has taught her to recognize these two very important elements of design that are often overlooked.
Her gentle approach is to integrate the benefits of meditation with the process of organizing and to show others how they can use it to make change, set goals and enhance their own lives. She holds a Bachelors degree in interior design from the University of Rhode Island and has worked in the home furnishings industry for over 20 years holding positions in various capacities ranging from sales to management.
Christina has travelled to over 30 countries where she enjoys experiencing the beauty and uniqueness of each culture. She’s actively involved in construction and home building as a community-service volunteer on the Women’s Building Crew with Habitat for Humanity. Christina is certified to teach the Simple, Easy, Every Day (SEED) Meditation method. She is available for teaching, training or consultation throughout New England, and is available to travel anywhere upon request.
