Jennell Evans has spent most of her career providing professional services to corporations, first as a designer of work environments, and post-graduate school as a leadership and organizational development consultant. After experiencing a serious health scare in early 2007, Jennell completed a meditation program and began a daily practice. With no medical explanation for her health issue, Jennell realized that stress caused it, and practicing meditation would minimize future stress in her life.
Jennell has consulted to diverse organizations, from Fortune 500s to nonprofits, and knows first hand how stress, especially work-related, can impact individuals, teams, and entire work cultures.
Jennell’s experience in the corporate arena fuels her motivation to educate company leaders about meditation and how it will help them reduce stress, maintain focus, and become even more present and resilient in their lives, while having a positive impact on their employees and their organization’s culture.
