Lisa Ross, Yoga Alliance E-RYT 200, RYT 500, ACE, AFAA, began her mind/body journey with her first yoga training in 2001 with yogafit. At the time she was juggling teaching 25 group exercise classes per week while balancing home life caring for three kids, a husband, a dog, cat and a fish. Slowly, over time and with lots of education, she transitioned to teaching yoga and Pilates classes, appreciating the softer side of fitness and the mind/body connection.

After reading Soul Centered by Sarah McLean in December 2013, she deepened her practice and began the incredible journey of meditation teacher training with the McLean Meditation Institute. For the first time understanding the relationship between movement and stillness and creating that balance for well being. Graduating from the Meditation Teacher Academy in Sedona, Arizona in April of 2015, Lisa is now teaching mindfulness movement and meditation along with yoga, Pilates, cycling and Whole Body Vibration at her home studio in Leander, Texas. Lisa focuses on creating the mind, body, and spirit connection needed to live a rich, full, and meaningful life.
