Lynne’s genuine interest in offering support, encouragement, and hope to children and adults who are grieving the loss of a loved one, or are in the process of a life transition, is reflected in the services she provides at Maison funéraire Lessard-Stephens Funeral Home and Warmth for the Soul/Petites douceurs pour l’âme. She created the aftercare services program at the funeral home, by gathering resources from her educational background in psychology, education, and thanatology, and through her work experiences. Aftercare services provide grief education and support to bereaved families, and the community at large.
As part of an ongoing interest in professional and personal growth, Lynne explored a variety of relaxation techniques and natural healing practices. She is certified to teach the Simple, Easy, Every Day (SEED) Meditation method. She is also a certified Reiki master/teacher. Inspired by the positive transformations emerging from her meditation and Reiki practices, she established Warmth for the Soul/Petites douceurs pour l’âme. She now shares her passion of meditation and offers personalized healing sessions to help those who wish to calm, balance and nourish their mind, body and soul.
