Martha is the founder of Pathfinder Meditation. Over a 20-year successful career she found herself continually struggling with her own self-worth, as well as anxiety and a general lack of fulfillment in life. She had a sense that there had to be more to life than what she was experiencing. Along came meditation. It literally saved and transformed her life by creating a powerful access to her true self, dissolving her anxiety and stress, and opening he to real fulfillment in life.
Every day Martha gets to empower and inspire people to cultivate peace, love and gratitude for themselves and the world through teaching meditation and mindfulness. Martha is a compassionate, non-judgmental teacher and coach with a burning desire to help others to access their own personal power, wisdom, creativity, love and connectedness—creating a path to their own path to peace.
In addition to her teaching practice, Martha is pursuing a Master’s Degree in industrial/organizational psychology from Seattle Pacific University so that she can bring the conversation of mindfulness into the realm of organizations.
