Mary Paulauskis, MSSW, CAPSW is an MMI Certified Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher who has been practicing meditation for over 20 years. She became serious about teaching meditation in 2015 and obtained her certification in 2017.
Mary believes that cultivating a relationship with one's self makes it possible to accept our day-to-day challenges. Her seven years of hospice social work taught her the importance of a gratitude practice. She offers Meditation Instruction, Mindful Aging sessions, and works with people for End-of-Life Transitions.
When not meditating or at work, Mary enjoys sewing, knitting, biking, reading, walking in nature, and her family. She's the proud mother of Joey and Katie, and a stepmother to Eryndae. She lives in Madison, Wisconsin with her husband, Guy, and her kitty, Teddy Bear.
