Pam has been dedicated to her daily meditation and mindfulness practice for over 10 years. She finds it compliments anyone's journey to improved health and wellness. Pam Gaskill currently works as a Workplace Strategy Director for a fortune 500 company. She is also a Certified Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher through the McLean Meditation Academy, and a brings mindfulness into organizations as an MMI Mindful® Trainer.

Pam incorporates her experience as a meditation practitioner and a lover of mindfulness into her coaching and teaching, and says her greatest wish is to share how meditation and mindfulness can help anyone find better mental and physical health and well being.

Pam offers mindfulness coaching and teaches meditation techniques for stress management to help you in your journey to find peace and happiness. Pam also holds a RYT-200 Yoga certification through Grace Yoga Systems when she began this journey to peace and wellness in 2008. She is one of the founders of Project Yoga Richmond - a nonprofit organization founded in 2010 to provide affordable yoga and outreach programs to the Richmond, Virginia community.
