    Sandi Wilson has been a corporate and government executive for over 25 years. She’s not a stranger to stress. Sandi has experienced stress in her personal and professional life. She has dealt with many family health issues including: infertility, substance abuse, cardiac problems, back surgeries, attachment disorder, and Alzheimer’s. But it was the extreme stress in her professional life that prompted her to seek a solution to the crippling stress. That solution came in the form of a regular meditation practice. Sandi realized that she could not adequately help her children, husband or mother without finding calm and balance within her own mind. 

    Meditation brought Sandi coping skills and a renewed optimism in life. She credits meditation with allowing her to find inner peace and happiness in her fast-paced world. Her daily meditation practice is essential to keeping a work/life balance. After many years of regular practice, she decided to pursue a certification in meditation. Sandi is certified Meditation and Mindfulness Instructor who received her certification from McLean Meditation Institute. She is certified to teach the Simple Easy Every Day (SEED) meditation to students. Her business, Meditation and Inspiration, teaches meditation to the general public and in professional settings, and also provides individualized coaching sessions. Sandi also works for Maricopa County as Deputy County Manager and teaches meditation to county employees as part of the Wellness Program. Sandi believes that life should be lived moment by moment, accepting the joys and challenges as they come. She incorporates practical coping tools, creativity, and the wisdom of many inspirational teachers into her classes. 

    Sandi is an Arizona native. Her family was formed through adoption, and she lives in Phoenix with her husband and her three children. She is also a part-time resident of Sedona, AZ. She enjoys hiking, reading, writing, poetry, photography, traveling and of course, meditation.
