Susan is passionate about helping and teaching easy ways to make positive changes in our lives and believes change is possible at any age. In her early 50s, she enrolled in a meditation & mindfulness class, saw an improvement within weeks, and realized she had found something transformational. She slept better at night and felt calmer, more optimistic, more confident, and more creative. A certified teacher from the McLean Meditation Institute of Sedona, Susan teaches meditation & mindfulness, including Simple, Easy, Every Day (SEED) Meditation. Susan has always been curious, enjoys learning, sharing information, and bringing people together to feel a sense of connectedness.
