Felicia was a Black-belt communication professional/manager in an international corporation. In 2009 Felicia started to experience the physical and mental symptoms of stress. After using traditional Chinese medicine and learning to be a certified National Psychology Counselor, she decided to discover a fundamental method to manage the negative thoughts and emotions so that she could have a good health and a happy life. In 2012 she learned meditation from a Zen Master and after 3 years of practice on her own, she felt her life was being shifted to be peaceful, joyful and insightful, and her health improved. Receiving the certification from McLean Meditation Institute, she decided to leave her loved corporate life after 20 years and devote herself to be a full-time meditation teacher. She is passionate to share the gift of meditation to everyone.
