Spending over 30 years in the sales industry, Rinda understands the demands of a high-stress work environment.

She's learned that meditation is truly effective in reducing the effects of stress on her mind and body. Practicing mindfulness gave her more appreciation for everything and everyone in her life. Sarah McLean’s book Soul Centered, Transform Your Life in 8 Weeks with Meditation helped put her on her path, and as she continued to develop her meditation practice, she experienced more benefits such as increased focus and connectedness with life.

That’s when she knew she wanted to learn more and how to share the physical, mental and spiritual benefits of meditation with others. She enrolled in the McLean Meditation Institute® 200-hour intensive training course at the Meditation Teacher Academy and became a certified meditation and mindfulness instructor.

Given the stresses of everyday life that affect so many, Rinda is committed to helping others thrive and embrace all that life has to offer through teaching mindfulness and meditation. She is available for classes, presentations, coaching and teaches the Simple Easy Every Day (SEED) Meditation program.
