Lani is a Certified MMI Mindful Trainer, Certified MMI Mindfulness and Meditation Instructor, and a Yoga Alliance RYT-200 Certified Vinyasa and Hatha Flow Yoga Instructor. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation and is a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS).

In 2008, the demands of juggling work, motherhood, and a difficult personal circumstance left Lani with stress, anxiety and severe insomnia. Looking for relief, Lani investigated many paths that might lead to healing. These paths included major dietary changes, supplements, stress management, exercise programs, sleep regimens and more.

Finally, Lani’s stress-related symptoms began to decrease as she found and developed a dedication to mindfulness. She noticed other benefits too, including increased focus, empathy, patience and memory, as well as improved mental and emotional well-being.

It is with gratitude and joy that Lani shares her passion for mindfulness with others. She is dedicated to teaching mindfulness to those who seek a more gratifying, vitalizing and resilient life.
