Join a Guided Meditation Experience- Free Meditate with Sarah Mclean

Hey there!

I love that you are joining my community of meditators (or people who want to meditate!)

I invite you to mark your calendar for the community conversation and meditation on the first Sunday of the month. Each Sunday offers a different practice, and my hope is that you’ll fall in love with meditation. Held at 9 am PT, 12 noon ET, and 5 pm GMT, on the first Sunday of each month, come and experience a short and thoughtful discussion on a topic such as loving your life, forgiveness, gratitude, reducing anxiety, the power of attention, and the 5 Essentials to Meditation. You’ll be gently guided into a 20 minute meditation. It’s a wonderful opportunity to for any level of meditator to connect with who you truly are, have a direct experience of the power of meditation, and meet others from around the world, who, like you, are on a journey to awakening.  It’s free of charge and open to all. The program is generally 45 -60 minutes. All you have to do is join me here on Sunday on Zoom.

Also, you can meditate anytime with me on YouTube. Join me when it’s convenient for you with a selection of guided meditations.  Each meditation offers you tips and guidance into a particular technique which is designed to help you become more intimate with who you are and how your mind works.
